Three Sessions Across the Day
9:00 AM GMT — Session One: Introducing BALANCE
Discover the ideas behind BALANCE, including the Neuro-Cognitive Trait Interaction Model that underpins the book, and explore how to navigate the chapters, activities and tools in ways that work for you.
2:00 PM GMT — Session Two: Self-Care & Regulation
Explore why self-care and regulation are important, how these can look different for neurodivergent people, and why wellbeing approaches need to recognise individual neuro-cognitive needs.
6:00 PM GMT — Session Three: Putting BALANCE Into Practice
Explore toolkit guidance, activities and different ways to engage with BALANCE, alongside a sneak peek at Palm & Palm Alternative Meditation.
There will be time for Q&A during every session.
Your Package Includes:
A signed copy of BALANCE
The option to request a personalised message inside your book
UK delivery included
Access to all three live online sessions
Freedom to attend as many of the three sessions as you wish
Access to all three recordings after the event
Your event access link sent approximately 24 hours before the launch
Books are estimated to be posted on Monday 23 November, ahead of the online launch.
Recordings will be shared as soon as possible after the event, with the aim of having them with attendees within 48 hours of the event closing. Recordings may be edited before being shared to protect the privacy of attendees, particularly where audience questions or contributions feature in the Q&A.
Nurture your wellbeing. In your way. At your pace.
