Join Jessica Dark for an online celebration of the launch of BALANCE: How Neurodivergent Adults Can Nurture Holistic Wellbeing Across Work, Life and Self-Care.
Taking place on Saturday 28 November 2026, the BALANCE Book Launch is designed as a flexible all-day experience. Your pass gives you access to all three live sessions, so you can attend as many as you like — or catch up afterwards with the recordings.
9:00 AM GMT — Session One: Introducing BALANCE
An introduction to the book, the Neuro-Cognitive Trait Interaction Model underpinning its approach, and guidance on navigating the book, activities and tools in ways that work for you.
2:00 PM GMT — Session Two: Self-Care & Regulation
Explore why self-care and regulation matter, why they can look different for neurodivergent people, and how we can move beyond one-size-fits-all ideas of wellbeing.
6:00 PM GMT — Session Three: Putting BALANCE Into Practice
Explore toolkit guidance, activities and different ways to engage with BALANCE, alongside a sneak peek at Palm & Palm Alternative Meditation.
Access to all three live online sessions
Freedom to attend one, two or all three sessions
Access to the recordings after the event
Your event access link sent to you approximately 24 hours before the event
Recordings sent to attendees as soon as possible, with the aim of providing them within 48 hours of the event closing
To protect the privacy of attendees, recordings may be edited before being shared, particularly where audience questions or contributions are included during the Q&A.
You do not need to choose a single session or time when booking. One ticket gives you access to the whole day and the recordings afterwards.
Come along live, dip in and out throughout the day, or catch up afterwards in your own time.
