Jessica Dark is a psychologist, inclusion specialist, and community researcher. As Lead Practitioner at ND Perspective (NDP), she works across research, education, and business to embed inclusion from early-stage research through to the delivery of products, services, and programmes.
Jess leads on:
Developing and supporting co-produced, inclusive research approaches, working closely with organisations and research teams to design ethical, accessible, and meaningful engagement with neurodivergent and disabled people.
Advising on inclusive research design and methodology, helping teams translate inclusive principles into practical research processes.
Delivering training and capacity-building, supporting teams in education and business to build confidence and competence in inclusive research and development practice.
Jess also plays a key role in bridging research and application, helping organisations use research insight to inform the design, testing, and launch of inclusive products, services, and learning experiences.
As a lead practitioner, Jess provides strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, ensuring that lived experience, evidence, and practical impact remain aligned throughout the process.
